Overview

The startup received VC funding for its expansion. The creators of the product lacked the professional experience of growing the organization. Hence, it was agreed that the startup would hire a CEO who would look after growing the organization professionally. The CEO would be responsible for hiring the necessary personnel, expanding the business, and ensuring its profitability. Upon understanding the urgency of the situation, HR created a list of potential candidates. After rounds of discussion with the candidates, they narrow it down to one.

The person who was offered the position of CEO was going to be given a very high salary based on their experience and expertise.
